In 2013, I met Edith Meza as a judge for the National Barista Competition in Peru, and I am proud to enter our second decade personally sourcing coffees from her
Finca Tasta. This coffee is a natural process Caturra varietal producing a fruit-forward cup with grapefruit and lots of complex dried fruits balanced with brown sugar, raisin and a delightful spark of a candied lime in the aftertaste.
