In 2013 I met Edith Meza as a judge for the National Barista Competition in Peru. Since the first time we sampled Edith’s groundbreaking natural process coffee, we knew we wanted to support her ongoing work on coffee processing! This coffee is a delicious Honey process of a specific varietal, giving a unique flavor profile. The honey sweetness with plum and stone fruits bring to mind a fresh jam, with a similar round mouthfeel, and a delightful honeycrisp apple note.
