In 2013, I met Edith Meza as a judge for the National Barista Competition in Peru, and I was blown away by her clean and fruit-forward natural process coffee.
Since 2015, we have partnered with Edith to share these unique coffees with you.
This particular small lot is a natural process Pacamara varietal that is carefully dried to impart flavors of sweet juicy berries and ripe red fruits with a brown sugar sweetness supported by a creamy body.
