This coffee farm was developed over a decade ago, and Zou Zhou Yuan is now the hottest and most popular coffee farm on the island of Taiwan. Farmer Fang Cheng-lun is a true coffee rockstar on the island in the Alishan Mountain region which is most famous for its tea production. We were fortunate to obtain a small amount of this amazing natural process Gesha varietal through the ACE Private Collection Auction that I had the honor to help organize as a Head Judge. This coffee will surprise you with its sweet and clean ripe red fruits, dark caramel sweetness and a wonderful cherry cordial finish.
