We loved it so much that I immediately went to visit Santa Felisa Estate in Guatemala to talk to sibling owners Anabella & Antonio Meneses, who cultivate this coffee with ultimate care & attention to the environment. It is a complex coffee with green apple, coffee blossom, wild honey, milk chocolate and a floral, juicy acidity.
