

Edith Meza - Finca Tasta - Natural Caturra
In 2013, I met Edith Meza as a judge for the National Barista Competition in Peru, and I am proud to enter our second decade personally sourcing coffees from her and her Finca Tasta. This natural process Caturra varietal has a very fruit-forward profile with pink grapefruit and complex dried fruits balanced with brown sugar sweetness, sweet tangerine and a delightful candied lime effervescent finish.
