While visiting the Santa Felisa Estate in Acatenango, Guatemala, I came to appreciate the cultivation and care that our farmer-partner Anabella Meneses puts into all her coffee. This is a great example: a fully washed, double soaked Red Typica varietal that's brown sugar sweet and silky with a gentle acidity and lush flavors of purple grape, chocolate & plum, for an unusual, delightful cup!
